Nanette grew up in northern California and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. After college she earned a position on the U.S. Women's Crew Team, her boats winning world championship medals 1981-83. She was an alternate for the U.S. Olympic Women's Crew in 1984.
In addition to her competitive rowing career Nanette worked for Cal Berkeley as a Labor Relations Analyst. She was the Manager of Labor Relations for Fox Television Stations in the late '80's. From there she jumped into immigration law.
Throughout her career, she has been a manager, consultant, coach and mentor. Nanette, a gifted listener and communicator, focuses on supporting the individual to bring about significant life changes, working with her client to develop strategies uniquely suited to the change they are seeking. Her clients include individuals and organizations both national and international. She is a sought after coach and mentor.
